Designed for educators and other stakeholders who are interested in seeing Next Education Workforce models in action, each site visit includes interactions with school leaders and team members, a tour of the learning environment and Q&A opportunities. As part of the site visit experience, visitors will also have the opportunity to work with the MLFTC Next Education Workforce team and consider next steps for their own school systems.

We encourage teams to attend together and to consider using the site visit as a shared experience that helps prepare you to launch your own Next Education Workforce models.

Join us for visits to four sites in school systems that are implementing Next Education Workforce models. At each school, you will have the opportunity to tour the learning space and interact with school leaders and team members.

This two-day event opens with an introduction to the Next Education Workforce and features site visits to both elementary and secondary settings. After the site visits, you will work with the MLFTC Next Education Workforce team to consider how you can apply what you’ve learned to your own context. Prepare to be inspired!
