Meet the team

Our team brings a wide range of P–12 education experience to our work.

We have held roles as superintendents, principals, teachers, paraeducators, teaching artists and curriculum designers. Since 2019, we have partnered with schools and school systems to build and test our model, a team-based approach to strategic school staffing. We also collaborate with state departments of education, foundations and other education organizations. These partnerships and collaborations are one way we deliver sustainable change and bring together diverse networks of stakeholders dedicated to redesigning the education workforce in service of better outcomes for students and educators.
