Sustainable financial models
Developing a Next Education Workforce model doesn’t necessarily mean taking on a slew of new costs. Pairing new investments with strategic shifts in funding and time can ensure your school stays budget neutral.
These resources were created in collaboration with Education Resource Strategies, a national nonprofit that partners with district, school, and state leaders to transform how they use resources (people, time, and money) so that every school prepares every child for tomorrow, no matter their race or income.
Do now, build toward

Leaders designing and supporting Next Education Workforce team-based models can use a “Do Now, Build Toward” mindset to make high-impact investments now that build toward a more diverse educator workforce, deeper and personalized learning and greater retention of educators. This resource outlines several specific ways that leaders can utilize their federal stimulus funds in service of building toward new staffing models.
