The Next Education Workforce™ at Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College, is collaborating with SciTech Institute and Arizona Western College to host a Community Collaboration Summit in Yuma!

This event is designed to:

  • Engage stakeholders — such as STEM and business leaders, industry advocates, workforce experts, professional educators, and others — with interactive discussions and workshops that dig into the role community members have in supporting students.
  • Explore community needs, values, challenges, and opportunities and brainstorm solutions for community-to-school partnerships.
  • Create channels to foster collaboration and new partnerships, and discover exciting avenues for making a lasting impact.

This event is designed for School system leaders, STEM and business leaders, industry advocates, workforce experts, professional educators, and other community members who support students.
What is the time commitment?

This event will last 4 hours: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Check-in, breakfast and refreshments begin at 7:45 a.m.

What is the format?

This summit will be held in-person at Arizona Western College, The Schoening Conference Center: Building 3C (2020 S Ave 8 E, Yuma, AZ, 85365). Parking is free.
