Leading Educator Teams Series

The Leading Educator Teams Series is designed for partners in the first two years of transitioning to team-based models. This series equips those leading educator teams with the tools and strategies necessary to develop high-performing teams. Its primary goals are to enhance a school’s ability to adopt new roles, foster a productive team culture, and establish the essential structures and systems needed for distributing expertise among team members, leading to deeper and personalized learning outcomes for all students.

This series is a multi-part experience with content that builds across sessions. Miss a session? Participants are welcome at any session but are encouraged to attend all three to maximize their experience. Register once for the entire series and register at any point throughout the series.
