Join us for School Leader Launchpad, a workshop for school leadership teams preparing to launch team-based school staffing models. This two-part workshop supports school leadership teams in designing and launching an effective model tailored to their school’s needs. Leadership teams will develop a clear vision, establish their “why” by exploring current challenges, and create an actionable implementation plan.
This series will take place on February 12 and February 26.
