Join the Next Education Workforce™ System Readiness workshop series to identify your level of system readiness for team-based strategic school staffing models and access tools to plan for and support change.

• Who: Systems-level leaders
• When: This two-part series meets on both March 4 and April 1. Register for this series to gain access to both sessions.
• Format: Two two-hour virtual workshops with work in between sessions
• Cost: $2,000 per system

During these workshops, participants will identify system readiness by:

✓ Strengthening system partnership through community and school engagement.

✓ Developing a high-level implementation strategy.

✓ Planning for support and implementation.
