Summer Institute 2023: Deepening Team-Enabled Practices on June 22-23 is a two-day, in-person professional learning event designed for educator teams working in Next Education Workforce team-based models. 

Summer Institute: Launching Team-Based Models on July 17-20 is a four-day, all-virtual professional learning event designed for educator teams who are launching Next Education Workforce team-based models in fall 2023.

Hosted by the Next Education Workforce™ initiative, the Summer Institute for Educator Teams is an interactive event that brings together educator teams and their school leaders to lay the critical groundwork for a successful academic year. The multi-day, virtual learning experience covers various topics, including building team culture and developing essential structures and systems that will enable educators to distribute their expertise and personalize student learning.
