Hosted by the Next Education Workforce™ initiative, the Summer Institute for Educator Teams is an interactive event that brings together educator teams and their school leaders to lay the critical groundwork for a successful academic year. The multi-day, virtual learning experience covers various topics, including building team culture and developing essential structures and systems that will enable educators to distribute their expertise and personalize student learning. 

• Who: Educator teams and school leaders implementing team-based models in fall 2025
• When: July 15–17, 2025; 8 a.m.–2:30 p.m. AZ/PT | 11 a.m.–5:30 p.m. ET (each day)
• Format: Virtual; We encourage school leaders and educator teams to attend together at their school sites for the event for deep in-person engagement.
