How does your work advance strategic school staffing?

The Strategic School Staffing Summit hosted by the Next Education Workforce™ is inviting proposals for live, virtual sessions on Feb. 7–8, 2024.

The Summit brings together hundreds of stakeholders from across the education ecosystem to share ideas, strategies, practices and conditions that enable a more diverse, team-based education workforce. The goal is to deliver on the promise of deeper and personalized learning for all students, and to empower educators by developing better ways to enter the profession, specialize and advance. Register today to join educators and leaders from across the country seeking to transform education with strategic school staffing.

Submitting a proposal allows you to share how your work advances strategic school staffing. Proposals can be submitted by individuals or teams of co-presenters from the same organization, or across multiple organizations. Session proposals aligned to elements of strategic school staffing, including teams of educators with distributed expertise, ways to deepen and personalize learning, differentiated roles, and more are requested.

The deadline for proposal submissions is Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Learn more.
