Partner with an experienced coach
Your Next Education Workforce coach is a key partner in ensuring the successful implementation of team-based models. Through structured coaching and hands-on support, your coach guides you from vision to action, driving meaningful impact.
Access on-site support
Twice a year, your coach visits your school to co-observe teams in action, provide targeted feedback and refine priorities and strategies for improvement. Additional in-person coaching can be discussed as an additional support. Before each visit, you’ll collaborate to set a focused agenda that maximizes the time for supporting educator teams, capacity-building and strengthening teaming practices. After each visit, your coach will follow up with clear next steps and virtual support.
Receive personalized support
Beyond on-site visits, ongoing coaching ensures you and your team have the guidance and support to navigate challenges, build sustainable systems and continuously improve outcomes for educators and students.

Implementation coaching is designed for school and system leaders who are actively implementing or scaling team-based models and want structured, personalized support to ensure success.
Coaching sessions are collaborative and purpose-driven, tailored to your school’s goals for team-based learning. Together, we’ll identify high-impact priorities, co-design strategies that fit your context and build team capacity. Each session ends with clear next steps and strong follow-up to keep momentum going.
Implementation coaching includes two on-site coaching days and monthly coaching calls. The timing is flexible and based on your context and needs. Additional on-site coaching is available upon request.
