Partner with an experienced coach

Your Next Education Workforce coach is a key partner in ensuring the successful implementation of team-based models. Through structured coaching and hands-on support, your coach guides you from vision to action, driving meaningful impact.

Access on-site support

Twice a year, your coach visits your school to co-observe teams in action, provide targeted feedback and refine priorities and strategies for improvement. Additional in-person coaching can be discussed as an additional support. Before each visit, you’ll collaborate to set a focused agenda that maximizes the time for supporting educator teams, capacity-building and strengthening teaming practices.

Receive personalized support

Beyond on-site visits, ongoing one-on-one coaching ensures you have the guidance and support to navigate challenges, build sustainable systems and continuously improve outcomes for educators and students.
