See team-based school staffing models in action
Explore how innovative team-based strategic school staffing models are transforming teaching and learning.
Join us in Arizona for Next Education Workforce Site Visits. This one- or two-day experience opens with an introduction to the Next Education Workforce and its approach to team-based models. Next, you and your team will go on a guided visit to either elementary or secondary school settings.
During each visit, you’ll tour dynamic learning environments and engage directly with with school leaders, educator team members and students. On two-day site visits, you will also have an opportunity to work with the Next Education Workforce team to reflect on key takeaways and consider how you can apply what you’ve learned to your own context.
We encourage school and system teams to attend together. Shared experiences like this are a powerful way to build momentum and lay the groundwork for launching your own team-based models.
